Fees for service:

• ​ $270 for an initial assessment for services (50-60 minutes).
•  $200 for individual sessions after assessment (45-55 minutes)

​I accept cash, checks and card payments​.

​I am providing tele health services.

It is your responsibility to contact your insurance company to verify services with me are covered by your plan prior to our first meeting. This is done by calling the customer service number for your insurance.  This number can be found on the back of most insurance cards.  If I am an in-network provider for your insurance program, I will file your claims with your insurance.   Fees for service, deductibles and co-payments are due at the time of the service rendered.   If you choose to meet with me and services are not covered by your insurance, you are responsible for the full payment.  I will provide receipt of services as an out of network provider so you can be reimbursed by your insurance company at their out of network rate.
